San Diego Mini Session: La Jolla

During my San Diego visit I was able to schedule some portrait sessions! I had so much fun shooting on the beach, it's been a while :)

First up was the Frost Family. Valerie and I have been friends for over 18 years. She went to high school with my hubby and we joke about how they were friends and now how we are closer! Valerie and Greg has two precious little kiddos. These twins were prayed for and such miracles. This is the first time that I have been able to meet them. They are adorable!

The Jung family our dear friends of ours from Covenant Seminary. They are now living in California. It was such a treat for me to be able to visit with them and see their sweet family.

I have not seen the Norine family since their kiddos were the age of my kiddos. I couldn't believe how grown up they both were. They are such a sweet family and it was so fun to catch up with them!

Christmas Traditions

Everyone year our family makes tamales for Christmas dinner. When I lived in San Diego, I would help my Nana each year to make them. Now that I live in STL, it is not as easy for me to help. This year I was able to be there :) Making tamales takes quite a bit of time, but I love this time, I love sharing these moments with my grandmother talking, sharing memories and listening to cumbias. Plus the hard work is so worth it, my grandmother makes the best tamales! I am so glad I was able to be there this year!

Elizbeth and Michael

Elizbaeth and Michael are getting married! We met early Sunday morning at Elizabeth's elementary school in Ladue. Michael adores Elizabeth and Elizabeth eyes light up when she looks at Michael :) Ahhh!!! They are an adorable couple!

Anthony Family

This week I had the pleasure in meeting the Anthony family! They are sweet family and have a BEAUTIFUL little girl! She has the cutest smile and the most adorable clothes :)

Sarah and Lee

Sarah and Lee are married! Their wedding was full of energy from start to finish, everyone there was realy to celebrate. Both Sarah and Lee have large families and lots of friends, it was so obvious how well loved they both are by them all. The emotion was high and the smiles were big...I love weddings like this. Sarah and Lee are such a sweet fun couple and their excitement was contageous, everyone there was realy to join in on the fun. Sarah, Lee and their wedding party exited the Kirk of the Hills Church to the song "Celebration". The party continued at the Hilton.

Sarah and Lee, thank you for letting me share in your wedding day. It was a blessing for me be there. Your wedding was a fabulous "CELEBRATION"!
