Sydney is a very talented girl, she sings, acts, plays sports and dances!!! I met her and her mom last week at Longview Farms :) A talent agent asked Sydney for some head shots and we did that and some other fun things...

Shannon and James : Engaged

Shannon and James are getting married! Shannon booked me over the phone, so I was very excited to finally meet them at their engagement session. We met at the Jewel Box in Forrest Park and it was a beautiful day. I love hearing how my clients met and how they were proposed too. James gave Shannon a bag of different color twisty ties and told her there was a suprise inside. Shannon had no idea and was completely surprised when James proposed! These two together, smiled, laughed and giggled the whole time, Love that :)

Blythe and Jared

Blythe and Jared are married! They had a very sweet and intimate wedding at Covenant Presbyterian Church. Blythe and Jared met at Covenant Seminary, which Blythe just graduated from with double master's :) Yes, she is amazing, a week before finals she had her apendix removed and three weeks later, married! Jared and Blythe met one another before their wedding, which gave us lots of time for wedding portraits. Everyone there was so excited to share in their day, it was perfect!

Jared and Blythe, thank you for letting me share your wedding day with you! It's obvious how well loved you are by your family and friends, I was blessed to be a part of your day.

Samuel and Traci

Samuel and Traci are getting married! We met at the Grand Basin in Forrest Park for their engagement session, it was a beautiful day! When I first met Traci, I knew I was going to enjoy being around her. She has a wonderful contageous laugh. Samuel is an easy going guy, these two are perfect together!

Meet the Mason family! We met at Longview Farms on Sunday and it was HOT! It is a small world, Jennifer, knew lots of people that I knew or had photographed :) Despite the heat, we had a great time. These kiddos are absolutely adorable!

Lindsay and Brandon are married! Thank you so much to Brandi for referring this wonderful couple to me, they are great friends and I know Brandi was disappointed not to be able to be there. Lindsay and Brandon's wedding was absoutley perfect! Everyone there was so excited to be a part of Lindsay and Brandon's day, there was not a dry eye during their ceremony! Lindsay and Brandon are very much loved by their family and friends and it was so obvious with speeches and emotions :)Their reception was at the Lake STL Community Ballroom, which was fabulous!

Hershey : Family Fun

Early morning sessions are my favorite! I love the morning light. I was thrilled when the Hershey family asked for an early morning session yesterday. They have 13 month old twins, Catherine and Bennett. They are absolutely adorable, I could of spent the entire day photographing them. They are expecting a new little sister in October, so I hope I get to see them all again soon :)

Natalie and Tyson :: Married

Natalie and Tyson are married! They opted to see one another before their wedding, which gave us lots of time to have fun! We started at Union Station and then went to the Muny. Natalie and Tyson are such a wonderful couple, I love the way they laugh together. Their wedding was perfect!

Florida : Park Family Vacation

Next weekend is my birthday weekend! I told my hubby to plan a great weekend away and he did. He planned a whole week at Yellowstone National Park....but it is raining BUCKETS there! So after a family meeting, we decided to change our plans! We are now going to Florida, we are spending two nights at Clearwater Beach and three nights at Walt Disney World! Yes, our kids are excited!
I will have limited email and phone access, so if you don't hear from me, don't worry I will contact you when I get back!
We will be back on Monday, June 15 ~ rested and a year older :)
