Katelyn : One Year Old

Katelyn is one! I will never forget the day she was born :) It always amazes me how quickly a year flies by when I take one year portraits. My neice Katelyn is adorable, she looks so much like her mama and her eyes light up when she looks at her dad. Currently Katelyn is in love with Bob the Tomatoe from Veggie tales and Winnie the Pooh, she loves juice, sweet potatoes and she is mastering the skills of walking.

Katelyn is expecting a little sister any day now. Let's hope Audrey waits just a few days longer. She will making her debut soon on my blog!

I am leaving bright and early tomorrow for Florida to shoot a beautiful wedding on Singer Island in West Palm Beach. My sister is in the wedding, so I am very excited to see her. I will be checking my email, but may not respond until Monday. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

Marcie and Brad : Married

Marcie was one of the most calmest brides that I have ever worked with. Right before Marcie was to meet Brad for their portraits, she realized that her dress had wood polish on it from the elevator. She didn't let this spoil her day. Marcie was glowing when she saw Brad and his smile when he saw her was priceless.

These groomsmen were awesome, they all helped to try to remove the stains.

The reception was at the Lumen which was fabulous!

The florists were amazing and they also doubled as wedding coordinators, every looked beautiful and ran smoothly.

Joe and Stacy : Married

Joe and Stacy were married on New Years Eve! This wedding was an absolute blast to be a part of. Joe and Stacey are so sweet, happy and totally in love, my favorite :)

Happy Valentine's Day!

Patrick and I had a wonderful Valentine's day! We enjoyed an intimate dinner and even took in a movie at the theaters.
After seventeen years, I'm counting my blessings in love!

Amanda & Will : Engaged

When Amanda called me and asked me to photograph her wedding, I knew was going to enjoy my time with her and Will right away. Amanda is so excited to marry Will and it's obvious! They both LIGHT up when they are together. Will and Amanda were full of smiles, giggles, and laughter during their engagement session, it was contagious :)

Megan & Seth : Engaged

Megan and Seth are getting married! We met at the Landing on Sunday and had a great time. These two are so cute together, I love the way Seth's eyes light up when he looks at Megan. Megan is adorable and I enjoyed her so much at our first meeting, I knew working with them both was going to be a blast.

The Hessel Family

Lisa Hessel is a talented photographer that I have worked with on several projects at Covenant Seminary; both our hubbys will graduate in May :) Lisa and Jon have become great friends of ours, so when they shared they were expecting we were very, very, very excited for them. Meet Kaden, the newest member of the Hessel family. This little guy is absoutely adorable.

My favorite baby gifts are Little Giraffe blankets, Kaden has one :)

Marcia & Andy : Engaged

Marcia and Andy are getting married! We met at Layfayette Park on Super Bowl Sunday. You know that Andy is amazing because he gave up some of the game to do this session wtih Marcia :)

These two both light up when they look at each other, laugh together and they have an ease about being together = perfect together!
